“Do you think Sebastian and Jenson are jealous of Kazuki?”

Unsure of what he’s talking about, I stare blankly at my husband.

“I’m sorry, What?” I roll my eyes as I question him.

“Do you think Sebastian and Jenson are jealous of Kazuki?”

He acts as though not know what on earth he is talking about makes me dumb. Now, I know of Sebastian Vettel and Kazuki Nakajima. Jenson Button happens to be one of my favorite race car drivers as well. But all of my brain power couldn’t figure out why any of them would be jealous of the other. I also couldn’t figure out why on earth my husband cares. After all, he swears up and down how much he hates any sort of drama in his life.

I decide it best not to give him the satisfaction of really caring about what he’s talking about. So, I go back to eating my spaghetti.

Three Hours Later….

“You never answered my question.“  I look up from my book, completely unsure of what he’s talking about. I don’t remember any question that needed answered. (Yes, I had completely forgotten the earlier question.)

“Umm…” Man, I am getting good at my blank stare!

“Do you think Sebastian and Jenson are jealous of Kazuki?”

“Ok Hubby, I’m going to be completely honest. I don’t have a freaking clue what you’re talking about.” Slamming down my book for effect.

“The cars! Are they jealous of the bike?”

Oh. My. Cheese Fries.

My husband. My almost 30 year old husband has named our vehicles. Not only has he named them after Formula 1 drivers. He’s gone a step further and even associated the country the vehicle is from, with the country the driver is from. (And seriously? Jenson Jetta?!?! OYE!)
