Capturing a Moment in Time
Ok, let me open this post with a bit of celebration! I got my first paying gig as a photographer!! So on Monday I will receive my first payment and be a real professional photographer!! (My website and business cards are in the works!)
So today I took Wuzzle to the park for a “practice session” as one of the boys I’m photographing on Monday is 2 weeks younger than her. We had an ok afternoon (photography wise) but she wouldn’t smile at me or the camera… (Although she had a blast at the park!)
And now for my “Mommy Brag” moment!! Wuzzle went all the way to the top of the big slide today and went down all on her own!! She was REALLY slow doing it, and slightly scared. But she had so much fun she went and did it again, and again, and again! (Can you see her way up there??)

Taylor, Thanks! I think that’s my favorite too!! I’m thinking of framing that one for the Grandparents as a Christmas gift!

It was a HUGE slide. I was so nervous on the ground, but I really wanted her to do it herself.

Lisa, You have no reason to be nervous! Your photos are fabulous!! But it is such a tough step, I’ve been debating this forever and finally took the plunge now. I’m nervous, but I know it’ll be worth it.

Alicia, Thanks! I’m so excited, it’s something I’ve thought about for a long time but never actually took the plunge. Then I just decided, it’s time. So I started putting my name out there, and so far have had response from friends…
